After years of keeping time, albeit the wrong one Belfast Charitable Society, owners of Clifton House, are delighted to set up back on track.

Last seen abseiling down the face of Big Ben, the Cumbria Clock Company are usually at home servicing Salisbury Cathedral, Hampton Court Palace, or Manchester Town Hall, but are here to put the time right in Belfast.

The CEO of Belfast Charitable Society, Paula Reynolds said, “The clock at Clifton House was installed in 1882 and is one of only four remaining Thomas Cooke clocks in the UK.  It is an iconic clock in Belfast and it will be fantastic to have it working once more.”
